Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within [1–3 business days].

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces may take [5–10 business days] to process.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days 

International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Shipping cost varies by location. 

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors (e.g., carrier delays, customs). We are not responsible for items after shipping. 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Duties and Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

We want you to love your jewelry! If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges under the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Request must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Must include original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized jewelry

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as "final sale"

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at hello@willowandstonestudios.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide return instructions and a return address.

  3. Package your item securely and include your name and order number.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

 

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved:

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as “delivered” by the carrier. For insurance options or signature-required delivery, please contact us before placing your order.

If your package arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item.
